Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases made through this website.

Return Eligibility

Proof of Purchase

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error attributable to us or the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival (as described below).

Refunds

Refunds may be reduced by:

Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Final sale status may be disclosed on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation. Final sale items cannot be returned for any reason, except as required by applicable law.

Bulk Purchases

“Bulk Purchases” are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. A Bulk Purchase includes:
  • Any single order of $200 or more, or
  • Any combination of orders that, in our sole discretion, appear related and total $200 or more, or
  • Any order containing more than 10 units of the same item.
Damage or shortage claims for Bulk Purchases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly. Do not discard the item or packaging until you receive instructions.

We may require:
  • Your name and order number, and
  • Photographs of the item and packaging, and/or
  • Additional information necessary to evaluate and resolve the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law (which may include replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements).

We may request information to verify your identity and order details in order to process a return, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. Right to Refuse Returns
